Our enquiry form is processed by FormSubmit, which receives the form fields and delivers them to us by email. FormSubmit may use anti-spam checks, including CAPTCHA, when you submit the form. Its handling of information is described in the FormSubmit privacy notice. FormSubmit states that submissions are available in its archive for 30 days; messages delivered to our email may be retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business or legal obligations.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting relationship, and meet applicable legal requirements. We delete or securely dispose of it when it is no longer needed. FormSubmit's separate archive retention is described above.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive information you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Contact us using the details above to exercise a right.
